Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information

• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account

You may not use our Service to:

• Engage in spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices

• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated scripts to collect information

Content Guidelines

All content must comply with our community standards. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Downgrade Policy

If you downgrade your plan, you may lose access to features, content, or capacity. We do not accept any liability for such loss.

Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime but may experience planned or unplanned outages for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Our Service

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SaaS Kit and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your access to the service will cease immediately.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data retention and deletion are subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Service "As Is"

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SaaS Kit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
